Is it a coat? or a pullover shirt? So hard to tell in the picture.
It's called a Kuspuk. It's a native summer parka. They use this over their fur coats in the winter too, but wear it by itself in the summertime. She is ADORABLE! You're so welcome and I can't wait to see her in person!
