Bye-Bye Hair

I'm so happy that Alyssa is cutting hair again. She is working at Regis in the Bentley Mall, where she was happy to chop my hair off this morning. It doesn't look that long, but even in the braid it is over 9 inches long. :)

My Girly Girl

This morning I put a barrette in her hair. I only did it because I realized I could (she has enough hair on top).


A little later I decided to try a pony. And to my surprise, she let me do it!!


She is such a sweetie!!


I love my girly girl....with her crazy hair and her tights that are way too big. :)

The family that rocks together....

Little John LOVES and I mean LOVES Guitar Hero and Rock Band. (he is not alone!)


We decided to share our love of the game with Nonnie and Papa. I was on lead guitar, John was on bass, Uncle Steven was on drums and Papa was singing. Nonnie was the manager. :) We had a blast!!


And you know we had to get Papa on the drums! :)

Rogaine

Eliana is growing up so fast I can hardly stand it. Her dad wants to use Rogaine on her head to make her hair grow faster. He was joking, of course. :)

We decided to make a sweet coin bank out of a used Tang container. I cut the coin slot and John painted.

I like frogs, bugs & mud

John got the kids matching pajamas for Valentine's Day. They are both pretty sick, so it was hard to get a happy picture. :) (By the way, it says, "I like frogs, bugs & mud" on the front of the new pjs.)

A Visitor For John

Hally came over to hang out with John today. We played cars, dvd bingo, Wii, hide & seek, Smart Cycle, made popcorn and had fun.

Good Bye Uncle TJ

TJ is moving to Nevada tomorrow. We will miss him.... especially John, who cried when I told him Uncle TJ was moving. :(

John is in Seattle this weekend and the kids get really excited when he calls. Eliana babbles at the phone when she hears his voice and little John chats away and tells his dad everything he has been doing. (note the sweet carrot juice mustache)

John loves to take pictures of his sister. He caught her mid-chew, with food in her mouth, but it's still pretty cute.

Baby + Wipes = MESS!

I finally got my Alaska license this morning and little John got his ID card. Woo Hoo! After we got home, big John was getting ready to go to the library and I was in the kitchen....and, well, Eliana was alone in the living room with a full container of wipes.

Notice the sweet pile next to her..... that is half of the box on the floor. That was all she could get because they stopped feeding through the opening. Ha ha ha!!
